1. A clear identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed. For multiple works, provide a representative list.

2. Identification of the allegedly infringing content (include specific URLs; usernames or channels alone are insufficient).

3. Your full contact information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
   提供您的完整联系信息（姓名、邮寄地址、电话、电子邮件）；
4. I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
   本人在诚信基础上郑重声明，该内容的使用未经版权所有人、其代理人或法律授权；
5. A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.

By submitting a notice, you agree that your complaint (including contact information) may be shared with the uploader and referenced publicly.

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES

反通知流程（如内容被误删）

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice to 51sp@pm.me, including:

如您认为您的内容被误删，或系被错误识别为侵权内容，您可通过以下方式向我们提交反通知：

1. Your full name, address, phone number, and signature (electronic is acceptable);
   您的姓名、地址、电话号码及签名（电子签名有效）；
2. Identification and description of the content removed and its prior location (URL);
   被删除内容的原始位置及描述；
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
   请声明内容被误删或误判；
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court (or 51sp1.com’s local jurisdiction if outside the U.S.) and accept service from the original complainant.
   同意接受美国联邦法院司法管辖（如您在美国境外，适用 51sp1.com 运营者所在地法院），并愿意接受起初投诉方送达法律文书。

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files legal action.
