COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice to 51sp@pm.me, including:

1. Your full name, address, phone number, and signature (electronic is acceptable);
   您的姓名、地址、电话号码及签名（电子签名有效）；
2. Identification and description of the content removed and its prior location (URL);
   被删除内容的原始位置及描述；
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
   请声明内容被误删或误判；
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court (or 51sp1.com’s local jurisdiction if outside the U.S.) and accept service from the original complainant.
   同意接受美国联邦法院司法管辖（如您在美国境外，适用 51sp1.com 运营者所在地法院），并愿意接受起初投诉方送达法律文书。

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files legal action.
